Answer. Gelified strawberry coulis is sweetened strawberry puree that has been thickened using any of the available thickeners like Agar agar, gelatin, etc.

What is strawberry coulis

Strawberry coulis is simply strawberries sweetened with sugar and the addition of flavoring. In a bowl place the strawberries with the sugar and allow to macerate in the fridge over night. The next day, add flavoring and a hint of lemon juice. Blend all together in a blender for a few seconds in order to create your strawberry coulis.   Refrigerate and use when needed.

The difference between strawberry coulis and gelified strawberry coulis is that strawberry coulis is used as a sauce whereas gelified strawberry coulis is used in cakes, as shown in picture above and below.
