Introduction to Tiramisu

Question. What is Tiramisu?
Answer. Tiramisu is an Italian dessert traditionally consisting of lady finger biscuits (soaked in espresso coffee and rum), pate a bombe, mascarpone cheese, sugar, marsala wine, and cocoa powder. A lot of different methods are used to make Tiramisu, and each pastry shop has its own version. The more complex the recipe, the more expensive to purchase.
