Question. What is Napoleon?
Answer. Napoleon is a traditional cake made with puff pastry, pastry cream and chantilly cream. The top is covered with rolled fondant or icing sugar/milk mixture or simply with icing sugar. If the puff pastry is rectangular-shaped, in many pastry shops it is called mille-feuilles.
